Uncommon Giving is the platform we use to manage our company’s volunteering and grant-making initiatives. It supports our commitment to fostering a purpose-driven corporate culture by enabling employees to log volunteer hours, discover meaningful causes, and participate in employee giving programs.
We promote a culture of volunteerism at PGLS through paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO), team initiatives, and celebrating the independent efforts of our team members. Through platforms like Uncommon Giving, our team members share their favorite causes and direct corporate dollars to support these efforts.
As part of our commitment to the global language services sector, we proudly support CLEAR Global, investing in non-profit translation services that break down language barriers worldwide. We also sponsor Piedmont Academy, our language interpretation training program that provides scholarships to aspiring linguists.
